You have the right to inform Xantho BV within 14 calendar days after the day following delivery of the goods without payment of a fine and without giving reasons that you are canceling your online purchase.

The General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as GTC) apply to all orders placed via the Xantho webshop. When you order products in the Xantho webshop, you accept these conditions.

Xantho BV reserves the right to change these conditions at any time and without prior notice.

Offer

The items are exclusively intended for normal private use.

It is possible that the information provided on the Xantho website is incomplete, contains essential errors or is not up to date. Xantho BV is only obliged to the best of its knowledge and belief to ensure the accuracy, currency and completeness of the information provided. If you have specific questions, please contact our customer service.

All products are supplied subject to availability and may be removed at any time. The Xantho webshop is automatically updated to always offer you the latest products. Nevertheless, it may happen that an item is not in stock. If the total delivery time, calculated from the acceptance of the order, exceeds 15 days, you will be contacted by our customer service.

Xantho BV is entitled to refuse orders, adjust delivery times, split deliveries or attach other conditions to the delivery without giving reasons.

Purchase contract

Invalidity and unenforceability

Should any provision of these terms and conditions be declared invalid, illegal or void, this will in no way affect the validity, legality and applicability of the remaining provisions. Failure by Xantho BV to enforce any provision of these terms and conditions or to exercise any rights under these terms and conditions does not constitute a waiver of Xantho BV's rights or remedies under these terms and conditions.

Evidence

You accept that electronic communications, electronic signatures and backups may serve as evidence.

Applicable law and competent court

Belgian law applies, with the exception of the Belgian referral rules of Belgian private international law. In the event of disputes, the courts in Ghent have exclusive jurisdiction.

Price and payment

All prices in the Xantho webshop are in euros, including VAT and any shipping and payment costs, unless otherwise indicated during the sales process. Payment is possible with the following options:

Delivery

Dispatch

Xantho BV works with third parties for the shipment of your order. Shipping costs depend on the shipping method you choose and the destination of your items. Any shipping costs will be clearly indicated during your order in the Xantho webshop. The shipping and delivery dates specified are estimates only and Xantho BV cannot be held liable for any losses, damages or costs arising from failure to adhere to the specified shipping and delivery dates.

Retention of title

The delivered items remain the exclusive property of Xantho BV until full payment has been made. However, the risk of loss or damage passes to you from the moment of delivery. You undertake to inform third parties of Xantho BV's retention of title, if necessary.

Guarantee

If the goods delivered by Xantho BV show defects or prove defective, they will be replaced free of charge within the warranty periods and conditions prescribed by Belgian law. Xantho then becomes the owner of the replaced goods.

Returns Policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to inform Xantho within 14 calendar days after the day after delivery of the goods that you are canceling your purchase without payment of a fine and without giving any reason. Only items in unopened and undamaged original packaging with all accessories, attachments and invoice or proof of purchase will be returned. Used items or items whose packaging (or part of it) has been opened will not be returned under any circumstances.
